PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENTS
A full assessment with Dr. Ambrus $2000-$3000 per assessment. Assessment appointments are requested to make a $250 non-refundable deposit to hold their assessment appointment. This can be used towards the assessment cost if the appointment is kept but is retained if the appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the appointment.

Assessments generally take 6-10 hours, depending on the type of assessment required to meet your needs. A $250 nonrefundable deposit is required to book an assessment.
PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISION
Group and Individual Supervision for Post-doctorate and psychological associates are currently offered Friday mornings. Inquire with Dr. Ambrus for more details.

LATE CANCELLATION FEE
$100
Our office requests 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no call no show for appointments will be charged a fee.
Please contact your insurance company to explore your coverage for mental health services, co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance. Payments are due at the time of service. Psychological reports are released when the account is paid in full. There is a $65 charge for appointments that are canceled in less than 24 hours. Patients (or their caregivers) are asked to put a credit card on file before the visit.
